Talan Group in Spain is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to drive a large-scale ERP transformation migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will govern the Spanish rollout, monitor budgets and timelines, coordinate IT, business, and integrators, and report to senior stakeholders while ensuring strong governance and cost control. Remote work is possible; permanent or B2B contracts offered, with career development and international project exposure.

Formación

• 5+ years of PMO or Project Manager experience in complex IT programs.
• Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations.
• Proven governance, cost control, and resource management experience.
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Based in Spain (remote possible).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout.
• Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators).
• Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support integration and migration processes.
