Talan Group in Spain is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead a large ERP migration program to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role focuses on governance, cost control, and coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, business, and integrators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex IT programs, ERP migration experience, fluent English and Spanish, and is based in Spain with remote work allowed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs.
• Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations.
• Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management.
• Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Based in Spain (remote possible).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in international programs.
• Background in industrial or finance sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout.
• Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators).
• Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Manage reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support integration and migration processes.
