Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims, including BI and UM/SUM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to progress cases.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in the case management system.
• Monitor claim status and follow up to prevent delays and advance resolution.
