Qualifikationen

• A University or College Undergraduate degree (Medical or Nursing).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally from an international health/insurance-oriented business is a plus.
• Preferred with Clinical Oncology experience.
• Understanding of the customer operations or Patients’ Care processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish; any other language will be considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic.
• High attention to detail, organized and structured mind.
• Strong can-do attitude.
• Experience in problem resolution.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.

Aufgaben

• Provide support for incoming cases and confirm policy and medical eligibility.
• Coordinate access to specialists and health care providers in a timely manner.
• Support insured members to understand products, process, and clinical journey.
• Interact with Customers and Families along the journey for intake interviews and progress tracking.
• Provide support to Claimants, Clients and Providers via phone, chat, email or other platforms.
• Organize with Medical Panel and Medical Providers to establish treatment pathways.
• Review medical reports and treatment plans and manage medical costs and authorizations.
• Draft service plans, track progress, and determine case closure.
• Advise insured members and advocate for their status and options.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the medical panel throughout the process.
• Coordinate with international TPA’s as applicable.
• Guide Claims Coordinators with clinical context.
• Participate in clinical case discussions and support the medical panel.
• Maintain case records in internal systems and generate reports.
• Adhere to professional standards per protocols and regulations.
