Job summary

Factorial is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to own and scale our paid social acquisition engine from Barcelona. You will manage a 7-figure annual budget and drive predictable pipeline and MRR growth by turning investment into measurable revenue impact.

You will lead strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, collaborating with Sales, Revenue, CRO, and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid social or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads (Reddit or X experience a plus).
• Proven track record managing large budgets (7-figure annual spend) with a focus on revenue efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience collaborating with creative testing and ad copy performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of paid social channels, primarily Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with Reddit and X as additional testing opportunities.
• Optimize a 7-figure annual budget with a focus on Cost per Deal and MRR impact.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Revenue teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Lead a test-and-learn roadmap across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, and structures.
• Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creatives for higher conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into pipeline, deals won, and revenue insights.
• Identify and test new paid social opportunities and emerging platforms for incremental growth.
• Manage our marketing tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions.
