Job summary

Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Paid Acquisition to own and scale our paid marketing strategy across markets. You will lead a team of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers and manage the paid media P&L, collaborating with the Global Group Head of Performance to align on strategy and maximize scale.

This role sits at the crossroads of performance marketing, data and brand, requiring strong analytics, multi-language collaboration, and clear board-ready communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid acquisition / performance marketing for B2C, marketplace, ecommerce or travel.
• 3+ years leading a team with coaching and goal-setting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic/display.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the paid acquisition strategy across markets to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers with clear objectives.
• Own the paid media budget and P&L with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with Global Group Head of Performance to align on global strategy.
• Report to Executive Board and stakeholders on performance and strategy.
• Work with Product, Tech and Data on tracking, attribution and landing pages.
• Identify and test new channels and formats, leveraging AI where beneficial.
