Job summary

haddock is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition, turning budgets into qualified pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Sales to convert ads into real opportunities and drive scalable growth across Meta and Google Ads.

You’ll build and optimize campaigns, implement tracking, run tests, and report metrics like CAC and pipeline contribution. A hybrid setup supports flexible hours in Barcelona and across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience in B2B/SaaS or startups.
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; bonus for TikTok/LinkedIn ads.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Own the full funnel from budget to landing pages and conversions.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards to measure performance.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Content/Design to brief ad creative.
• Report on CAC, SQL, and pipeline contribution to guide scaling.
• Help the team hit revenue quota and drive M€ in new pipeline.
