Factorial is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for the French market to own our acquisition engine. You will lead paid social strategy and manage a seven-figure annual budget, partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to drive a high-quality pipeline and sustainable French MRR growth.

You will optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more, obsess over data, test new channels, and ensure efficient spend. Join a fast-growing SaaS company HQ in Barcelona.

Formación

• 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably SaaS, B2B, lead-gen.
• Advanced mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
• Proven track record managing 7-figure budgets with revenue efficiency.
• Analytical mindset turning raw data into actionable growth plans.
• Hands-on ad copywriting and a strong eye for creative performance.
• Self-driven team player comfortable collaborating across international teams/time zones.
• Native or bilingual fluency in French and professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta for the French market.
• Optimize a 7-figure annual budget for lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact in France.
• Sync with the French Sales Development team to refine lead quality and improve funnel conversion.
• Lead a test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats for the French audience.
• Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion in France.
• Use data to report marketing spend translated into closed-won deals and recurring revenue for the French market.
• Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the French B2B landscape.
• Manage our performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions.
