eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join the Online Display & Video Marketing team in a hybrid role. You will design and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, owning performance and optimization for both Web and App.

You will collaborate with providers, internal creatives, and cross-functional teams to define budgets, build testing plans, and deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• At least 4 years in online marketing roles focusing on Paid Social with hands-on management of high-budget campaigns.
• Experience managing media buying platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat or Pinterest.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven optimization approach.
• Curious and passionate about online marketing, aiming to become best in digital advertising.
• Solid understanding of display and video metrics, audience segmentation and creative performance insights.
• Excellent organization, able to work in demanding environments.
• Experience in mobile app performance marketing (AppsFlyer, Google App Campaigns, Meta/TikTok) is a plus.
• Fluent or proficient English ability to tell data-driven stories and discuss campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute full-funnel campaigns from awareness to acquisition across paid social platforms and geographies for Web and App.
• Own campaign performance to meet targets (sales, ROAS, reach, etc.) through ongoing analysis and optimization.
• Define media agenda including setup, measurement, and creative tracking.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Run A/B testing for media buying, audiences, content/promotions, and creatives.
• Collaborate with providers (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize platform potential.
• Document best practices and processes for campaign launches and optimization.
• Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to ensure alignment with publisher requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and investment scenarios for new campaigns.
