Job summary

Adnovation, part of EXOGROUP, is hiring a mid-senior Performance Marketing Specialist (CRO) to own paid media and conversion optimization. You will launch, run and scale campaigns on Meta and TikTok, while turning user insights into experiments that improve conversions across web and app.

You will work with product, development, content, paid and organic channels, data and design, reporting to the Head of Performance. A hybrid role in a Barcelona-based team awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid social with Meta/TikTok campaigns.
• Strong CRO mindset with experience running experiments.
• Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns from launch to scale across platforms.
• Run CRO experiments and interpret results with statistical rigor.
