Adnovation, part of EXOGROUP, is hiring a mid-senior Performance Marketing Specialist (CRO) to own paid media and conversion rate optimization. You will launch, manage and scale campaigns across Meta and TikTok, turning user insights into experiments that improve every visit.

This hybrid role teams with product, development, content, data and design, reporting to Head of Performance. You don't need to be expert in both areas, but strong collaboration and data-driven decision making are essential.

Formación

• Paid Social 3+ years launching and optimizing campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Hands-on Pixels and Conversions API setup on Meta and TikTok; Stape a plus.
• Experience launching products and owning paid strategy.
• Solid understanding of attribution models and user journey mapping.
• Creative ability to craft ad angles, messages, scripts and hooks.

Responsabilidades

• Launch, manage, optimize and scale paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Own the CRO/experimentation program for web and app experiences.
• Work with product, design and analytics to derive insights and actions.
• Set up tracking, run A/B tests and translate results into concrete optimizations.
