iSpeedToLead is seeking a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own paid acquisition as one connected system—channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement.

You’ll personally launch, manage and scale Google and Meta ads, develop TikTok, and evaluate other platforms with a credible business case. Strong English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ownership of paid acquisition across channels.
• Experience generating high-quality seller leads with measurable ROI.
• Ability to improve lead quality and business economics beyond CPL/ROAS.

Responsabilités

• Own Google and Meta campaigns end-to-end, with TikTok as an optional test.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on lead quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to test offers and landing pages.
• Bridge campaign data to CRM and downstream results to optimize attribution.
• Build a repeatable testing and reporting rhythm and drive autonomous improvements.
