Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly analytical Senior Growth Marketer / Media Buying Specialist to own Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Our primary objective is simple: generate qualified inbound calls and leads profitably.

This is not an account-maintenance or monthly-reporting role. You will work directly with leadership to launch campaigns, analyse performance, cut wasted spend, identify overlooked opportunities, test new angles, and aggressively scale profitable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Direct Response marketing with strong customer intent understanding.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and achieving profitable ROAS.
• Outstanding command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize high-intent Google Ads campaigns with Meta Ads as a secondary channel.
• Develop campaigns to generate qualified inbound phone calls and leads.
• Analyze performance to identify winning and losing campaigns, keywords, audiences, ads, and landing pages.
• Cut wasted spend and reallocate budget toward profitable opportunities.
• Identify new customer-intent angles, search opportunities, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Test new messaging, offers, targeting, keywords, creative, and landing-page approaches.
