Amenitiz is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid acquisition strategy across France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. You will execute directly in Google Ads and Meta, manage budgets, and optimize for qualified leads and sales pipeline.

You will build multi-market campaign architectures, align with sales on lead quality, and develop dashboards to track the full funnel from click to closed deal. Fluent English is required, with strong European language skills a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech lead generation.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads: search campaigns, bid strategies, quality score and multi-market execution.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads for lead generation and CPL optimization.
• Fluency in pipeline KPIs—CPL, MQL, SQL, demo conversion—and collaboration with sales to improve lead quality.
• HubSpot or equivalent CRM for attribution, pipeline tracking and optimization.
• GA4 and GTM for reporting and data-driven decision making.
• You build and optimize campaigns directly in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; not for agencies to delegate execution to partners.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment with a bias toward experimentation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full paid acquisition strategy across multiple European markets (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal).
• Execute and optimize across Google Search, Meta and emerging channels; manage budgets and targeting.
• Define CPL, MQL, SQL and demo conversion targets by market and channel.
• Build campaign architecture for B2B SaaS lead gen: keywords, audiences, bids, creative testing, landing pages.
• Own sales-marketing feedback loop to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion.
• Coordinate multi-market execution with localized messaging and channel mix.
• Create performance dashboards in HubSpot/GA4 for full-funnel tracking.
• Lead an experimentation roadmap with A/B tests and scalable insights.
• Present performance analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
