Jobgether seeks a Senior Operations Generalist based in Spain to support a globally distributed team. You will manage administrative, financial, and project coordination workflows, enable cross-time-zone collaboration, and mentor junior colleagues while maintaining high operational standards.

This fully remote role covers recruitment support, vendor management, and research into partnerships and events, with a focus on reliable reporting, efficient handovers, and proactive process improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• English proficiency at least B2; C1 preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM, finance, and coordination.
• Manage global calendars and coordinate cross-time-zone meetings.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports with accurate records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Research sponsorship opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Maintain daily reporting and quality handovers via Slack.
• Coordinate administrative and project tasks with clear deadlines.
• Mentor junior generalists and promote standard ways of working.
• Support leadership with operational execution of key initiatives.
