SoftwareOne in Madrid is seeking a Presales Consultant – Nutanix & Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist to lead technical conversations and shape infrastructure solutions within a hybrid work model.

You will own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and translate customer needs into deliverable Nutanix-based solutions that drive business value. Strong communication and enterprise experience are required.

Formación

• Essential: Strong expertise in Nutanix technologies and solutions, with ability to design and position Nutanix-based infrastructure solutions.
• Essential: Solid experience in hybrid infrastructure / modern data center technologies, including virtualization, servers, storage, backup, and data protection.
• Essential: Previous experience in a Presales Consultant, Solutions Specialist, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Essential: Experience designing and positioning infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
• Essential: Ability to independently lead technical discussions with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders.
• Essential: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Essential: A proactive, consultative mindset focused on solving business problems through technology.
• Desirable: Nutanix certifications such as NCP, NCM, or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience with Nutanix AHV, Prism, AOS and/or related Nutanix solutions.
• Desirable: Experience with Dell, HPE, VMware, Veeam, or Commvault.
• Desirable: Exposure to Professional and/or Managed Services design.
• Desirable: Relevant technical or partner certifications.
• Desirable: Experience working with international customers or distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage with customers to identify technical pain points and modernization opportunities across data center and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Act as a Nutanix subject matter expert, positioning Nutanix-based solutions within broader hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Design and scope solutions across Nutanix, virtualization, servers, storage, backup, data protection, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, solution presentations, and customer-facing discussions.
• Translate customer requirements into technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
• Own the creation and presentation of technical proposals and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Collaborate with sales, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, competitive, and profitable.
• Support the sales cycle end-to-end, from discovery through proposal and customer presentations.
• Contribute to reusable solution collateral, best practices, and technical knowledge sharing.
