Job summary

Phiture GmbH, a mobile growth consultancy, seeks a Senior Growth Consultant to own day-to-day client relationships for one of our major accounts. You will lead paid user acquisition strategy and execution across Google Campaigns, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other UA channels, while guiding cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in paid user acquisition / performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken client communication.
• Experience with GAC, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, SDKs, SKAN, and MMP concepts.
• Independent data interpretation skills with a numbers-based point of view.
• Ability to lead client meetings and push back when warranted.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Paid UA Campaign Management: setup, optimize, and scale campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, Meta Ads) while monitoring spend and creative performance.
• Own the Client Relationship: manage day-to-day communication, deliverables, and hands-on execution; lead meetings and educate clients.
• Lead, Not Just Attend, Client Conversations: drive discussions, propose recommendations, and represent strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
• Connect PM to ASO and Creative: bring cross-functional perspectives and flag implications to broader team.
• Apply App-Specific Paid Media Expertise: know SDKs, SKAN implications, testing and attribution with MMPs.
• Analyze Performance & Drive Recommendations: review monthly metrics, set targets, identify issues and opportunities with a data-backed POV.
• Guide Client POCs & Junior Team Members: mentor while owning your accounts end-to-end.
