Zusammenfassung

Phiture is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to own day-to-day client communications, strategy, and delivery for a major account. You will manage paid UA campaigns across Google, Apple, and Meta, while guiding cross-functional teams and advising strategy to senior stakeholders.

You will bring deep expertise in mobile app marketing, SKAN/MMP concepts, and hands-on attribution, communicating complex ideas clearly to growth-literate clients.

Qualifikationen

• ,
• 5+ years hands-on experience in paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Fluency in app-specific paid UA: GAC, Meta, Apple Search Ads, SDKs, SKAN, and MMP concepts.
• Hands-on attribution/MMP experience.
• Confident in leading client meetings with proactive guidance.
• Independent data interpretation with numbers.
• Fluent in English with excellent written/spoken communication.
• Demonstrated proactive ownership in past roles.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end Paid UA campaign management across Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
• Own the client relationship with day-to-day communications, reports, proposals, and execution of strategy.
• Lead client meetings and provide recommendations beyond standard reporting.
• Connect PM with ASO and Creative to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Apply app-specific paid media expertise, including SKAN and MMP implications.
• Analyze monthly performance, set targets, and translate findings into business impact.
• Guide client POCs and junior team members through problem solving and action plans.
