Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors business unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility.

Work location can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands. You will develop pipeline, close deals, and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
