Job summary

Enverus seeks a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to join our Madrid-based team or work remotely from anywhere in Spain. You will deploy and manage Martech platforms, maintain data hygiene, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Product and Sales to enable ABM-driven growth.

You’ll work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, 6sense and LeanData, build dashboards, govern data quality and create enablement materials for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in Marketing Operations within ABM.
• Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to gain support and simplify complex analyses.
• Proven ability to build relationships across marketing, sales, product.
• Advanced management of Martech stack.
• Proven track record implementing ABM strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce data model and marketing cloud products.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Martech platforms, integrations and automations.
• Maintain data hygiene and enrich marketing prospect data.
• Collaborate with vendors to roadmap features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Sales to implement processes.
• Provide technical support to Marketing on designated platforms.
• Create and maintain platform and process documentation.
• Develop and deliver platform enablement training.
