Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to join our Madrid or remote-from-Spain team. You will deploy and optimize Martech platforms, drive data hygiene, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to advance ABM initiatives.

You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Data Cloud tools, build dashboards, and enable team training while keeping governance and compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of Marketing Operations experience in an ABM environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales and product partners.
• Advanced experience in managing Martech stack.

Responsibilities

• Platform Deployment & Management: Deploy, maintain and optimize Martech platforms and integrations to support go-to-market motions.
• Data Hygiene: Maintain data quality and enrichment across marketing prospect data.
• Vendor Engagement: Align with vendors on roadmaps and feature enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, RevOps, Sales to implement platform improvements.
• Platform Documentation: Create documentation for Martech integrations and workflows.
• Platform Enablement: Deliver training across the Marketing team.
