Job summary

Cresta is seeking a highly strategic and execution‑oriented EMEA Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional function, with a strong focus on Spain. Reporting to the VP International Marketing, you will be the first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA and drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and build brand presence, aligning with Cresta's global strategy.

Location options include London, remote, or based in Spain, reflecting our flexible approach to regional growth and collaboration with Spain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading regional or EMEA marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and marketing experience in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cresta’s EMEA marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and goals.
• Translate global campaigns into effective regional execution plans.
• Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across events, ABM, digital programs, executive engagement, and sponsorships.
• Partner with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Bridge between EMEA Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide regional insights to inform messaging and roadmap decisions.
• Track and report marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue against KPIs.
• Plan and scale the EMEA marketing team over time.
• Execute field marketing in Spain and across the region, including in-market events.
• Localization with Product Marketing to ensure local language accuracy.
• Build Cresta presence in CX communities in Spain and UK via events and speaking opportunities.
