Talantir is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to oversee and extend its global footprint in international markets. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, strengthen key client relationships, and build scalable distribution channels to accelerate revenue growth across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in sales leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in B2B tech sales within security or related sectors. Travel and multi-country collaboration are integral to success.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales management and business development.
• B2B tech sales experience, especially video surveillance or security.
• Experience in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management abilities.
