Job summary

Docplanner Group is seeking a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to develop world-class marketing analytics and create data structures that enable insight-driven decisions. You will partner with data engineers and BI teams to streamline data flow and empower marketing teams.

You will build dashboards, drive ROI analysis, and provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders across Europe. The role emphasizes data quality, scalable data products, and collaboration with marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics capabilities using statistical and BI tools.
• Experience translating complex analyses to business stakeholders.
• Experience with marketing data sources (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand data structures and build scalable data products for marketing analytics.
• Lead data quality issue analysis, governance and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate business objectives into data solutions.
• Develop scalable dashboards for key marketing KPIs, budget and ROI.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis by blending data from multiple sources.
• Present analyses to executives and other stakeholders.
