Job summary

MAP, a MAP/WPP enterprise solutions unit, is seeking a Senior Data Insights Consultant to empower data-driven decision making in marketing. You will design data solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that improve client campaigns and CRM initiatives.

The role emphasizes data engineering, analytics, and hands-on BI development in a fast-paced environment across Barcelona and client projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a senior consultant/business liaison in data/BI/analytics or reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, databases, ETL and reporting.
• Experience with dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with database design and data modeling for BI/analytics is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics/Insights is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and design value-adding insights solutions using data to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Interpret business requests and clarify data requirements.
• Advise on data models and scope new projects.
• Provide answers and insights via automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Architects, Developers, Creatives, Strategists, Data Scientists and Marketing Ops to serve clients.
• Promote a data-driven agenda in a digital marketing context.
