Job summary

ProChema seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive business across Europe in the field of polymer materials and rubber compounds. You will identify opportunities, build trustful client relationships, and enable our sales team with market insights and compelling value propositions.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Logistics to expand the product portfolio, travel up to 50% and communicate effectively in English and local languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in business with raw materials or additives for polymer processing and/or rubber compounding.
• Sales personality with the ability to negotiate and build trustful relationships.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems; understands figures and statistics.
• Willingness to travel approx. 30–50% and fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers across Europe.
• Provide sales teams with compelling customer value propositions and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Logistics; support new product search.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across technical and management functions.
