Infor, a global leader in cloud-based business software, seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development in Barcelona. You will lead a high-performing team focused on the DACH market, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to identify opportunities and build a scalable pipeline for long-term success.

You’ll drive outbound strategies, develop talent, and expand market presence while leveraging data insights to optimize performance and engagement across key accounts.

Formación

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or related growth-focused roles within the DACH market.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Track record of building pipeline, driving business growth, and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, inspiring growth and careers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region with strategic planning and relationship building.
• Lead outbound prospecting strategies and pipeline generation initiatives aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
