You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to create a strong pipeline and expand market presence across German-speaking regions.

Formación

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or a related growth-focused environment within the DACH market.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Track record of building pipeline, driving business growth, and delivering measurable results.
• Experience working with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them achieve goals and grow their careers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region through market insight and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
