Infor in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead a high-performing team focused on the DACH market. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to build a scalable pipeline that supports long-term business success.

You’ll develop talent, identify opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies while collaborating across functions to expand market presence in Europe.

Formación

• Experience leading B2B sales or business development teams in SaaS/ERP.
• Proven ability to build scalable pipelines and forecast growth.
• Fluency in German and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing BD team focused on the DACH region.
• Identify opportunities, drive outbound strategy, and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Alliances on GTM plans.
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance recommendations.
