Infor in Barcelona seeks a Customer Success Executive to partner with customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, helping them realize value from Infor solutions. You will build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and support customers toward successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor customer health, conduct regular reviews, and identify growth opportunities. Fluent German and English are required, and comfort with data-driven decisions and modern SaaS

Formación

• Native-level German is required.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Professional Services, Implementation, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and operational stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data to drive decisions and customer recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders across your customer portfolio.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success activities.
• Develop and maintain customer success plans aligned to customer objectives and desired outcomes.
• Help customers maximize the value of Infor solutions through best practice guidance and proactive engagement.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
