Jobgether is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in Spain to lead the Technical Solutions and Delivery team, guiding enterprise software implementations across the energy sector. Qualifications

• A STEM degree provides a strong analytical foundation.
• Experience in SaaS implementations or analyzing complex business processes.
• Proven people management experience with workload allocation and performance reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with business systems and data flows; able to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Python and ability to leverage LLMs for automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Solutions and Customer Delivery team; oversee workload, planning, and performance.
• Drive operational improvements; standardise processes and use-case rationalisation.
• Optimise onboarding and system integration to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee delivery portfolio; report health and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Personally manage selected complex implementations with the wider team support.
• Analyse customer systems (ETRM, ERP, CRM) to understand processes and data structures.
• Design data flows and integration strategies between customer systems and the SaaS platform.
• Contribute to integration work; coordinate with technical specialists.
• Identify delivery challenges and implement practical resolution plans with customers.
• Identify opportunities for platform expansion and upsell; collaborate with commercial/product teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives informing product development and business improvements.
• Support pre-sales activities; advise customers and participate in product demonstrations.
