You will engage clients, demonstrate expert product knowledge, and collaborate with store teams to deliver outstanding results while upholding luxury standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior brand representative embodying Valentino values and mastering every stage of the client experience, from preparation to retention.
• Lead by example and mentor junior staff to achieve exceptional client service and sales performance.
• Exceed individual sales targets and drive store sales objectives through proactive client engagement and strategic selling techniques.
• Demonstrate KPI mastery by understanding how each touchpoint affects metrics and apply advanced styling to boost cross-selling and average ticket size.
• Engage and retain existing clients, recruit new ones, and create bespoke engagement strategies across walk-ins, appointments, distance sales and partnerships.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge of Valentino creations and communicate stories to staff and clients, serving as a reference for the team.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, support cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving, and documentation management.
• Leverage company tools and systems (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App) to streamline store activities and mentor staff in their use.
• Communicate insights to management to improve store operations and client engagement strategies.
