Dolce & Gabbana in Las Rozas Village near Madrid is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Reporting to Store Management, you will identify client needs, build lasting relationships, and communicate brand projects and collections; fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong client focus with presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell products by identifying and understanding the needs of an international clientele.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, embodying and conveying the brand values and vision.
• Maintain store standards in line with company guidelines and visual merchandising directives.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate company projects and collections.
• Contribute to team performance by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
