Job summary

MicroPort CardioFlow is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager CRM/EP to drive growth across Catalonia, Aragon and Balearics. You will lead strategic plans with hospital accounts, expand CRM technologies, and support electrophysiology initiatives through physician partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, relationship building, and strong presentation skills, with travel across the territory and a visible impact on regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology.
• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong clinical knowledge with ability to provide advanced technical support during procedures.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned hospital accounts.
• Identify and capture growth opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Lead the expansion of CRM technologies and develop Electrophysiology business in the Territory.
• Consolidate relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nurses, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Provide advanced clinical and technical support during procedures and implantations, leading by example.
• Deliver high-impact clinical and commercial presentations to customers.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Manage sales forecasts, opportunities and performance objectives within your territory.
