Synmatch AI is seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Hospital Business in Spain, covering the Catalonia region (Barcelona area). You will build trusted relationships with anesthesiologists, intensivists, infectious disease specialists, pharmacists, and procurement teams while driving product adoption and tender support.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of pharma hospital sales, a proven track record, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales, hospital-focused.
• Proven track record in relationship building and commercial results.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of hospital tenders, procurement pathways, and multidisciplinary stakeholder management.
• Clinical experience in anaesthesia, critical care/ICU, sepsis management, or infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for target hospitals and healthcare networks across Catalonia.
• Drive product adoption, opportunities, and sales growth through physicians, pharmacists, and procurement teams.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across multidisciplinary hospital organizations.
• Support tenders, contract negotiations, and implementation processes.
• Represent the company at congresses, educational events, and regional meetings.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and territory plans.
