Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Account Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support across the Ep electrophysiology lab, focusing on Affera Mapping and Ablation products. The role is based in Spain, preferably Valencia, with a remote work component covering the region.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in EP procedures, a cardiology background, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong interpersonal skills to train physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product knowledge.
• Background in Cardiology or as Cardiac Physiologist is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and excellence.
• Valid driving licence with clean record.
• Knowledge of 3D Mapping systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the use of key technologies.
• Provide product expertise through sales presentations, demonstrations, installations and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
• Develop knowledge of company products and monitor competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate composure in high-stress situations with proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory planning and reviews.
• Serve as liaison between sales and technical staff for seamless communication.
