Quadrante-Meta Engineering is seeking an IT Manager to lead the local IT team across Spain and LatAm, ensuring security and compliance while driving regional digital initiatives. The role is based in Barcelona or Madrid with a permanent contract and senior leadership exposure.

You will partner with global providers, manage budgets, and align IT strategy with business goals, enabling secure operations across time zones and markets. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years leading IT teams with strong ENS and ISO 27001 experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, incident response, and vendor/software licensing.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; ability to travel within LatAm.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the local IT team across Spain and LatAm.
• Ensure ENS and ISO 27001 compliance, audit prep and incident response.
• Oversee IT operations, infra and digital transformation across the region.
• Coordinate with global MSPs, define SLAs and report status.
