Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Madrid seeks a Senior Partner Development Manager to own and grow a portfolio of ISV partnerships across EMEA. You will shape joint GTM motions, drive co-sell and Marketplace adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences (CxO level).
• Experience negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner portfolio for ISVs across the EMEA region.
• Act as strategic advisor on partner business, roadmap, and growth.
• Craft and deliver executive partnership narratives to stakeholders.
• Drive AWS Marketplace adoption and co-sell motions.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies aligned to AWS priorities.
• Identify new opportunities and translate into joint value propositions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet partner goals.
• Manage revenue targets, pipeline, and marketplace growth metrics.
• Build and maintain VP/CxO-level relationships with partners and AWS.
• Contribute to team processes and share best practices.
