Boats Group is seeking a Senior Manager, International FP&A in Barcelona to partner with GTM and Product leaders, linking customer and marketplace drivers to P&L outcomes. You will own forecasts, annual planning, and long-range scenarios across international markets, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

The role sits at the crossroads of vertical SaaS and two-sided marketplace economics, requiring 8+ years of experience, advanced modeling, and strategic finance acumen.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Math, or related field.
• Strong commercial judgment from partnering Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product.
• Advanced modeling / Excel; experience with AI-augmented finance workflows; SQL / BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for the international business with GTM and Product leaders on growth, retention, pricing, customer value, and investment decisions.
• Own international revenue and contribution forecasts, the annual plan, and long-range scenarios; build driver-based models linking activity to financial outcomes.
• Bring rigor to SaaS and marketplace metrics: NRR, GRR, churn, upsell, CAC, ARPA, cohorts, and product adoption.
