Boats Group in Barcelona seeks a Senior Manager, International FP&A to partner with GTM and Product leaders, translating customer and marketplace activity into P&L outcomes. You will own international revenue forecasts, build driver-based models, and monitor NRR/GRR, churn, CAC, and cohort dynamics across markets.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, you will lead monthly/weekly reviews, drive ROI analyses for pricing and packaging, and use AI-enabled reporting to speed insights

Formación

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Math, Economics, or related field.
• Strong commercial judgment from partnering Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
• Advanced modeling / Excel; AI-augmented finance workflows; SQL / BI a plus.
• Based in Barcelona with international collaboration.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary finance partner for the international business with senior GTM and Product leaders on growth, retention, pricing, customer value, and investment decisions.
• Own international revenue and contribution forecasts; build driver-based models linking customer activity, marketplace performance, and unit economics to financial outcomes.
• Bring rigor to NRR, GRR, churn, upsell, CAC, ARPA, cohorts, and product adoption, alongside listings, traffic, leads, conversion, and marketplace liquidity.
• Support pricing, packaging, sales productivity, retention, market expansion, and ROI analysis; track delivery vs business case.
• Lead monthly and weekly business reviews; surface variances and leading indicators; deliver concise recommendations to senior leadership.
• Diagnose issues with commercial and product partners; use AI to improve reporting and speed analysis; support close and ad hoc work as needed.
