Job summary

Kantox seeks a Controlling Manager based in Barcelona to lead a small finance team and partner with the CFOO, CCO, and CEO. You will own end-to-end management accounting, P&L forecasting, and cash flow modelling, while driving commercial insights and digitalisation initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager, lead monthly closes, and ensure accurate reporting for strategic decisions. Fluency in English and SaaS experience are important, with a hybrid Barcelona work setup.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, or related finance roles.
Proven people management with a track record of team development.
Strong mastery of management accounting, driver-based forecasting, and SaaS metrics.
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead management accounting, P&L forecasting, and cash flow modelling end to end.
Oversee monthly close, governance, and internal reporting for CFOO, CCO, and CEO.
Partner with the Accounting Manager to translate data into actionable insights.
Drive commercial controlling and revenue projections with sales leadership.
Lead process automation and digitalisation of controlling workflows.
