Lodgify is seeking aSenior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. This role will drive financial performance through business planning, forecasting, and monthly closings. As part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate with multiple departments to enhance financial processes.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years of FP&A experience, excellent Excel skills, and a strong ability to present financial information effectively. We offer flexible working arrangements and various employee benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Solid command of MS Office and familiarity with financial systems and databases.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a financial business partner to various departments.
• Own financial planning and controlling processes.
• Lead Headcount and Salaries Planning, collaborating with the People team.
• Maintain and update financial models and internal dashboards.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and actionable insights.
