Job summary

Scale-up EPM Software Vendor in Barcelona seeks an experienced FP&A Solution Architect & EPM Project Manager to lead best-practice FP&A and reporting designs for clients across EMEA. You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, act as the FP&A SME, and guide the consulting team to deliver high-quality implementations.

The role requires strong experience in FP&A, EPM, and ERP systems, with English fluency and willingness to work with international teams across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with deep FP&A processes.
• Proven track record implementing EPM tools for FP&A and reporting.
• Strong architectural and solution-design capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect best-practice FP&A and reporting solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable system designs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Advise customers on optimising planning workflows and leveraging the platform for strategic insights.
• Guide and mentor the consulting services team to ensure delivery standards.
• Define and champion best practices, methodologies and quality frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Collaborate on data integration strategies and ERP data structures.
