Hexagon Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking a Senior Total Rewards specialist to lead incentive design and governance across a global, multi-divisional organization. You will shape STI/LTI frameworks, model cost scenarios, and own the annual incentive cycle end-to-end while aligning with strategy and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 8+ years of Total Rewards/compensation experience with focus on incentive design
• Consulting experience (Mercer, WTW, Aon, Deloitte) strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, advanced Excel
• Understanding of incentive governance and LTIP mechanics
• Ability to translate complex plan mechanics into executive narratives
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Responsabilidades

• Design, model, and evolve STI, sales incentives, and LTIP structures with clear metrics
• Run scenario modelling and cost simulations for plan design decisions
• Own the annual incentive cycle end-to-end: target setting, reviews, payouts
• Ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements across countries
• Conduct benchmarking and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Prepare papers and analyses for senior leadership and committees
• Partner with People, Finance, and Legal on implementation and governance
• Translate external market frameworks into practical, organization-specific solutions
