Nexthink is seeking an Incentives Analyst Intern to join our Madrid team. This role offers hands-on experience across sales operations, finance, data, and business systems in a global SaaS environment. Open to graduates or students, including final-year candidates, with no prior professional experience required.

You will support the Global Incentives team with accurate calculation, reporting, and control of sales commissions and incentive plans, collaborating across teams and functions.

Formación

• Final year of bachelor, master’s degree, or fresh graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling with formulas and lookups.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to checking work.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day commission calculations and help resolve participant questions.
• Assist with checks across systems including Salesforce and Salesforce Spiff.
• Help prepare monthly variable-pay results through reconciliations and data checks.
• Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies, trends, and issues.
• Contribute to user guides, training material, process improvements, audits and reporting.
