Job summary

Ambit Iberia seeks a Project & Change Manager to lead a strategic Identity & Access Management transformation in a global enterprise. You will drive design, migration, testing, and handover while aligning stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure adoption and continuity.

The ideal candidate combines project leadership with organizational change expertise, navigating regulated environments and collaborating with security, compliance, and quality teams to deliver a successful cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PM, program or transformation roles with change responsibilities.
• Experience delivering large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise transformations.
• Track record handling senior stakeholders, governance forums, vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project roadmap, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate solution design, migration execution, testing, deployment, and operational handover activities.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication plans, training activities, and adoption programs.
• Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and decision-making forums, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare concise executive reports, steering committee updates, and decision-making materials.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project readiness, user adoption, deployment progress, and business outcomes.
• Ensure security, compliance, validation, audit, and business continuity requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, and geographical locations.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and transition into operational support.
