Jobgether is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist International based in Spain for a remote-first role. You will manage and optimize payment operations across multiple subscription products, PSPs, and international markets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to scale payment capabilities globally.

The role emphasizes improving conversion, reducing costs, and expanding payment methods while driving strategic initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in payments industry or related roles such as PSP account management, solutions engineering, or merchant-side SaaS.
• Hands-on experience managing PSP accounts and daily payment operations in a commercial setting.
• Experience implementing and customizing payment solutions with technical teams, including requirements and testing.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily payment activities, PSP accounts, configurations, routing, and subscription billing.
• Be the internal expert on PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods; develop roadmaps per market.
• Coordinate with Technology and Product teams for new payment solutions and deployments.
• Maintain relationships with international PSPs and acquiring partners, ensuring service quality and favorable terms.
• Define requirements and oversee testing, validation, and production deployment of payment solutions.
• Establish procedures for opening new merchant accounts and expanding into new markets.
