Sovos is seeking a Senior Human Resource Advisor to partner with employees and leaders across the region, shaping engagement initiatives, resolving challenges with empathy, and ensuring our people programmes reflect our values and comply with local requirements.

You will design and implement HR programmes that drive engagement, support the employee journey, and strengthen workplace culture while ensuring compliant, clear communication on benefits and policies.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in human resources, with a focus on engagement, career development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Strong HR administration capabilities, including policy interpretation, compliance, and benefits communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to design HR programmes that drive engagement and strengthen culture.
• Advise on employee relations matters, resolving issues promptly and confidentially.
• Lead site-based programmes such as wellness initiatives and rotation opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits, payroll, policies, and HR processes, developing clear communications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment law and compliance in the region.
• Support talent acquisition and internal promotions with global HR teams.
• Leverage AI-powered HR tools and analytics to improve people programmes.
