Amazon is seeking a Sr. Accommodation Consultant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage complex workplace accommodation cases, liaise with Disability Leave Services, and support HR partners and employees across regions.

The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality, develop regional processes, provide coaching, and coordinate with vendors, with travel up to 25% primarily within Poland.

Formación

• Degree in related field.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• HR or related field experience.
• Experience supporting benefits and interacting with HR or employee relations.
• Proficient in English and Polish (CEFR, C1).

Responsabilidades

• Pursue return-to-work management and collaborate with leave case managers and vendors.
• Provide consultation and coaching on accommodation matters to HR partners and employees.
• Offer information and support to employees with medical conditions or disabilities and to supervisors.
• Act as an advocate for the accommodations process and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage case records with accuracy.
