RELX INC in Poland is seeking an HR Shared Service Advisor EMEA to deliver centralized HR support for employees and managers, covering time off, leave policies, and country benefits. The role ensures timely HR transactions and maintains accurate records in Workday.

You will collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and external vendors to continuously improve service delivery, while handling inquiries and ensuring data security. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resource service center or related role in a multi-national company.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver centralized HR support to employees and managers across time off, leave policies, and country-specific benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Workday) and ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide guidance to employees on self-service tools and HR transactions.
• Collaborate with HRBP, HR COEs, and external vendors to improve service delivery.
• Identify issues and opportunities for service center improvements; participate in training and development.
